Shanlinxi Dong Ding

Originating from Tianti in the Shanglinxi area—one of Taiwan’s most renowned high-mountain tea regions—this Dong Ding represents a modern interpretation of the classic style. The roast is clean and precise, enhancing the intrinsic sweetness and character of the leaves rather than masking them.

The aroma opens with gently unfolding notes of dark fruit. On the palate, hints of plum and baked fruit emerge alongside a warm, balanced roast. The texture is particularly attractive: slightly crisp yet rounded and smooth. An expressive Dong Ding that combines depth, natural sweetness, and an elegant roast into a refined and structured profile.
