Rattan Tea Coaster

A yellow straw coaster (cha tuo), tightly hand-woven. It is made of rattan, a kind of palm used in China for wicker handcrafts.

The coaster not only gives an elegant touch to your gongfu cha set by highlighting the supported cup, it also protects the table from hot tea that might spill.
