Matcha Nagomi

Matcha Nagomi offers a serene experience worthy of its name — evoking inner calm and gentle balance. This ceremonial-grade matcha is made from hand-picked spring leaves and slow stone-ground into an ultra-fine, vividly green powder. Its aroma is soft and inviting; when whisked, it transforms into a luxuriously creamy froth, entirely free from astringency or bitterness. The mouthfeel is round and velvety, with notes reminiscent of pastry cream, hazelnut, and a hint of vanilla.

Ground in October 2025 and immediately vacuum-sealed in 20 g pouches, then cold-stored in our warehouse to preserve peak freshness. Suitable for both koicha and usucha, this matcha delivers clarity, comfort, and refined depth in every sip — a choice that will satisfy even the most discerning matcha connoisseur.

Comes in a 20-gram sealed aluminium pouch, optionally with a tin can for airtight storage after opening.

Sourcing
Matcha Nagomi was personally selected by Nannuoshan during our annual sourcing trip to Japan. Two tasters independently evaluated a wide range of ceremonial matcha in a blind tasting, without knowledge of origin or price. Nagomi was ranked first by both, despite being significantly more affordable than the second-highest-rated sample. This price-to-quality advantage is reflected in our pricing — expect a matcha of the 2 €/g class, offered at a lower cost.
