Wooden Tea Lotus

This simple, small tray is composed of a bamboo frame and a smooth, laminate square. It's ideal for pouring out, measuring, and displaying tea leaves, just like a ceramic tea lotus, and is especially useful for disentangling teas with long, twisted leaves that tend to clump. The flat surfaces make it easy to clean, and one corner is left open, acting as a funnel to pour tea into its waiting teapot or gaiwan.
