Bai Hao Yin Zhen 2015

no_subtitle

A fresh white tea, with hints of wildflowers and honeysuckles and a present taste of freshly cut grass, recalling the recent harvest.

At the start the liquid tastes sweet and delicate and has a light silky mouthfeel, which turns mild at the last steep. The aftertaste leaves a slight dryness and the taste of delicate melon lingers in your mouth for a short time.

Compared to the aged Yin Zhen 2012, this one is fresher and slightly grassy, appealing to those who prefer light, garden-fresh tea.
