Huoshan Huang Ya BIO
Huoshan Huang Ya is a classic yellow tea from Anhui province.
The flavor is savory and full with a touch of roasted bell peppers.
This tea is produced by an organic tea factory specialized in green and yellow tea. They produce just three kinds of teas; Huoshan Huang Ya also as refreshing green tea and Lu'an Gua Pian.

Preparation
IN THE TEAPOT
- Quantity: 6g / 500ml
- Water temperature: 90°C
- Infusion time: 4-5 min
GONGFU CHA METHOD
- Quantity: 3g / 100ml
- Water temperature: 90°C
- 4 infusions: 45, 60, 75, 105 sec
For best results brew in a tall glass and fill with water before adding the leaves. Too high water temperature would burn the leaves, and the tea will taste bitter and sour.
