Sheng Blind Tasting, part 3: I Can't Believe it's Not Bingdao

The teas in this third batch (following from the 1st and 2nd installments) are from various places surrounding the famous Bingdao area in the Lincang region, all harvested in the same year. Will their lineage reveal any traces of Pu’er royalty?

  • Dijie 2021
  • Bawai 2021
  • Nuowu 2021

We will taste all the teas together over a virtual tea session on Discord, Saturday 18th March 2023. Join us, if you get the samples on time. Otherwise, taste the teas on your own, make your guess, and you will have access to the answers and tasting notes following the session through this link.

The four samples—available in 5g and 10g pouches—will be packed to order. We will break the Bing carefully to limit loose and broken leaves; this will be easier for the larger size.

The availability is very limited; for each tea, we will reserve one additional whole Bing Cha (357g), the prices of which range between € 314 and € 445. If there’s a tea you particularly enjoy, send us an email at info@nannuoshan.org, and we will reserve the Bing for you: first come, first serve.
