Si Ji Chun (evergreen)

no_subtitle

Si Ji Chun, also called Evergreen and Four Seasons Oolong is named for the cultivar's ability to be processed in all four seasons; it is a very versatile tea! The aroma of the leaves is sweet and spicy, with a touch of fruitiness; these notes carry over to the steeped tea giving it the taste of sugar cookies and stone fruit jam. This oolong is perfect for just about everyone, being a wonderful daily drinker or a special treat.
