Organic Asanagi Sencha
|
From organic cultivation according to the EU Organic Regulation, controlled by DE-ÖKO-039. |
Asanagi, the name of this Sencha, refers to morning fog, and, indeed, drinking this tea recalls exactly this experience: a delicate hint of mint flies overhead like a flock of cranes in the distance; the bitterness of walnuts surprises like the first ray of sun, awaking early risers for the day ahead; and the morning fog disappears. A delicious tea to take one's time with.
