BASIC SEMINAR: Picking, processing and tasting green tea.

In this tea seminar we will share with you the freshest green teas, personally sourced by Nannuoshan in China, directly from the tea gardens.
We will choose among the green teas from the latest harvest and prepare them for you at the Gongfu Cha table. During the tasting we will focus on the differences, as green tea is not equal to green tea!
Picking and processing tender tea leaves is an art; infusing them as well! We will learn together the best brewing technics for whole-leaf green teas to get a perfectly balanced, refreshing and stimulating cup.
