Sunday, 25th February, 4:00 pm 20 €
In the world of green tea there is a wide range of flavours. To explore it, we will taste together tea from China and Japan. Both countries have a long tradition of growing and processing green tea. Due to different production processes, however, very different results are achieved in terms of taste.
This seminar is thought for tea lovers and curious people, who would like to deepen their knowledge of green teas. Apart from the differences in cultivation and production, there are also variations in the brewing method. We will get a glimpse into the Japanese tradition of tea drinking, get to know the typical teaware and prepare the Chinese teas according to the Gongfu Cha method.
During the seminar we serve pastries and fruit. On demand, the seminar will be held in both German and English.
